    • Publisher Development Director - UK-Based

      BRAVE is looking for a Publisher Development Director to lead the expansion of BRAVE’s global publisher ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier partners across mobile, web, and CTV.
      This is a high-impact, strategic role with significant growth potential, driven by our recent integration with Amazon Publisher Services (APS). Your work will be instrumental in unlocking a new wave of direct publisher relationships and scaling our footprint through one of the industry’s most powerful monetization platforms.

      What You’ll Do

      • Own the full publisher acquisition lifecycle: identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with global publisher partners across mobile, web, and CTV.
      • Lead efforts to expand BRAVE’s direct integrations with publishers via APS, leveraging our growing infrastructure and global capabilities.
      • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to acquire high-value publishers across multiple regions.
      • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in business development, monetization, ad operations, and technical teams at publisher organizations.
      • Collaborate with internal product and tech teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success for newly integrated publishers.
      • Monitor pipeline progress, report on KPIs, and provide strategic feedback to leadership.
      • Represent BRAVE at key industry events, conferences, and meetings.

      Who You Are

      • 5+ years of experience in p, programmatic partnerships or business development roles.
      • Strong familiarity with SSPs, ad servers, and publisher monetization strategies across mobile, web, and CTV.
      • Experience working with Amazon Publisher Services (APS) or similar large-scale supply-side integrations is a strong plus.
      • Prior experience working with mobile publishers is a strong plus.
      • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      • Strategic thinker with a self-starter mindset, comfortable working autonomously in a global role.
      • UK-based with native-level English proficiency.
      • Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German are a plus.
      • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.

      • Product manager

        As BRAVE’s Product Manager, you will be responsible for building new products, taking part in strategic product initiatives, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and teams across the company to ensure alignment with our overall business goals. Key responsibilities include contributing to the development and release of new products, optimizing existing workflows, and driving sustainable growth and adoption for our products.

        What you’ll do:

        • Manage a portfolio of strategic internal/external initiatives to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
        • Assist with the development and adoption of our new SDK
        • Integrate various software and identity solutions within Brave’s platform
        • Act as a point of contact between Brave and clients for all product-related conversations
        • Collaborate with cross-company teams to develop and launch new advertising products; provide insights contributing to product innovation.
        • Assist the team in managing daily tasks and workflows, including data analysis, reporting, and the maintenance of documentation.

        • Proven experience in planning, managing, and executing product initiatives on time and within budget.
        • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities or deadlines, coupled with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in strategic planning and execution of tasks.

        • Programmatic Operations Manager

          As the Programmatic Operations Manager at BRAVE, you will be responsible for strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders from various departments, as well as supporting business operations and partnerships. This role is crucial in driving performance as you will be optimizing the integration process for our new programmatic clients as well as assisting with the day-to-day activities related to our current clients. 

          What you’ll do:

          • Performance Optimization: Analyze performance data from our exchanges, identify growth opportunities, and implement actionable insights to enhance both client success and platform efficiency.
          • Revenue & Metrics Tracking: Responsible for forecasting, tracking, and achieving key account metrics and performance goals. Develop and present detailed Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to outline successes and areas for further partnership.
          • Collaborate with cross-company teams to develop and launch new projects; provide insights that contribute to product innovation.
          • Generate reports and analyze campaign metrics, publisher performance, and platform health.
          • Assist the team in managing daily tasks and workflows, including data analysis, reporting, and the maintenance of documentation.
          • Conduct market research to identify trends and developments in the ad tech industry.

          Who you are:

          • Proven experience in planning, managing, and executing projects on time and within budget.
          • Ability to be a project owner, working simultaneously on multiple projects and delivering results while maintaining routine tasks.
          • Understanding of the programmatic landscape (the different players, technologies, etc). 
          • Familiarity with CRM software, product & project management tools, and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Trello, Jira) – a plus.
          • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, new challenges, and tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment, coupled with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in strategic planning and execution of tasks.
          • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with various stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.
