Ad Quality and Compliance Guidelines
1. Purpose and Scope
These guidelines define the quality, content, and security standards required for all advertisements served on our platform. They aim to protect users, maintain partner trust, and ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and brand-safety standards.
All advertisers and demand partners are expected to adhere strictly to these rules. Non-compliance may result in creative rejection, account suspension, or termination.
2. General Policy
Every ad submitted is subject to review. Creatives may be rejected if they:
- Violate local or international laws.
- Create poor user experience.
- Contain misleading, offensive, or unsafe content.
- Interfere with user or device functionality.
3. Ad Rejection Reasons
These issues typically indicate technical or functional problems with the ad or its landing page.
3.1 Landing Page Issues
- Landing Page Error: Broken or non-responsive pages (e.g., 404 errors, blank pages, server downtime).
- High CPU Usage: Ads or landing pages that significantly slow down the user’s device or browser.
- Blocked or Low-Quality Domains: Domains such as rtbtrackers.com or adrta.com are flagged as low-quality or unsafe.

- Multiple Pop-ups/Pop-unders: Excessive windows or redirects disrupting user flow.
4.2 Deceptive or Misleading Practices
- Deceptive Ads: Ads that misrepresent products, services, or outcomes.
- Fake System Warnings: Ads mimicking OS or browser notifications.

Partners are responsible for ensuring that all creatives, domains, and landing pages meet the platform’s content, security, and operational standards.
